PROFESSIONAL

Over the past three summers, Tim has interned in a variety of different real estate roles. After freshmen year, he worked at Hilton in their Feasibility & Investment Analysis Team. The following summer, he interned at Wells Fargo in their Hospitality Finance Group. Most recently, Tim worked for Starwood Capital Group’s European Hospitality Asset Management Team in London before joining the U.S.-based team in Greenwich, Connecticut due to COVID-19. Upon graduation, he will be joining Westbrook Partners as a Hotel Acquisitions Analyst in New York City.

CORNELL

On Campus, Tim is the President Emeritus of the Cornell Real Estate Club and a member of the Cornell Real Estate Case Competition Team. Additionally, he served as a New Member Educator for the Alpha Chi class last fall and volunteers as a peer buddy with Cornell Best Buddies.

PERSONAL

Tim's interests include playing golf and exploring new places, anything from a new swimming spot in Ithaca to a city he hasn't visited. Otherwise, he can be found reading another finance book or scrolling through Tasty for his next recipe.
